During high order volume such as holidays and special promotions, orders  ship within 7-10 business days.

By completing a purchase you agree to all terms and policies listed on this page.  Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

If you are ready to start the return process, please .  Please read all return guidelines to make sure your item is eligible for a return.

  • ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

*Please allow 3-5 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons it may take up to 5-10 business days for standard processing.  Our business days are Monday- Friday, we ship Monday-Saturday.

*We do ship internationally, and those shipping times can be up to two weeks. There is weight based fee for shipping outside the United State, and a duty fee may also be applied at delivery.

*All prices are listed in USD.

*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions. 

*We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted 

*Glitzy Coolers does not guarantee the stock of any item 

*Orders cannot be combined

 

  • SHIPPING

*Glitzy Coolers does not offer expedited shipping, standard shipping only is available
*It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays.
*Glitzy Coolers is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.  Optional coverage is available through Route+ at the time of purchase.
*Glitzy Coolers is not responsible for the receipt of shipping confirmation email.

  • RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

-ALL approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.

-Damages and missing items should be reported within 72 hours from date of delivery

-The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned/ exchanged items (unless defected by us). Please keep your tracking number to help our team provide an estimate of when your credit will be processed

-Once received, please allow 24 hours for an approval.

-Returns/ Exchanges are subject to review. We are not able to accept items that have been worn or washed, are missing tags (if applicable), have any detectible odor, or have pet hair

-All Items must be returned in original box and placed in an additional package for shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original  box.  Doing so will cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee. 

- If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, you are responsible for shipping. If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity. 

-FINAL SALE items (such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for a refund or store credit. These items will be greyed out on the return portal.
